I build journyy on my own. If something breaks, if you have a question or if something is missing, write to me.

Common questions
How do I back up my entries?
In your profile, open “Deine Daten” and tap “Backup exportieren”. That creates a JSON file with your entries, moods, habits and ticks. “Aus Backup wiederherstellen” reads it back in, and you decide whether journyy merges it with what is already there or replaces it. Exporting and restoring are free.
I have a new iPhone — how do my entries come along?
If you set up your new iPhone from a regular iPhone backup, the entries come with it automatically. You can also export a JSON backup on the old device and read it in on the new one. With journyy Pro, iCloud sync keeps both devices in step.
iCloud sync isn’t showing anything.
Check both devices first: Are they signed in to the same Apple ID? Is iCloud Drive on? Is the sync switch in journyy enabled? Then restart the app once. If there is an error message below the switch, it names the actual reason.
I bought Plus or Pro, but it isn’t active.
Open the page with Plus and Pro and tap “Wiederherstellen”. journyy then asks Apple about your purchases again. Make sure you are using the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds go through Apple directly. Open reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and pick the purchase.
My streak broke. Is my progress gone?
No. Milestones you have reached stay, and you can still pick the flames that go with them. The next day you simply carry on.
Which devices are supported?
journyy is a native app for iPhone and needs iOS 26 or later. There is no version for iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Android or the browser. The app’s own interface is currently German; an English version is on the way.
I have an idea, or I found a bug.
Please send me an email. For a bug it helps if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version and the journyy version — you’ll find the last one at the bottom of your profile.
